Please mention the Ersatzjahr and, if it is about an amount, the figures from your bill (no AHV number or other personal identifiers needed).
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings (gear icon) and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID you bought with; Family Sharing members get the full version automatically.
My bill differs from the estimate.
Open the year under Years and use the bill check: it shows the difference and the 30-day objection deadline. Common causes are a different taxable income, service days not yet counted or cantonal rounding. Only your canton can tell you the binding amount.
How do I change the language?
Settings > Language. The app supports English, German, French and Italian and changes without a restart.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything you entered is stored only on your iPhone and is removed with it.
